Welcome to LingoChat, developed by Saddam developer. LingoChat is a multilingual messaging application that enables users to communicate across language barriers with real-time AI-powered translation.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We do not store any credit card or financial information.

• •Translation: AI-powered translation via OpenAI services

• •Support: Responding to inquiries and support requests
• •Safety: Detecting and preventing fraud and abuse

LingoChat uses OpenAI's API for message translation. When auto-translate is enabled, your message content is sent to OpenAI for processing. We do not use your messages to train AI models.

• ✓Row-Level Security: Users can only access their own data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Data may be shared only with:

• •Privacy Settings: Control visibility of phone and date of birth
• •Translation Control: Enable or disable auto-translate
• •Block Users: Block any user from contacting you
• •Account Deletion: Settings → Security → Delete Account. All data permanently removed.

• •Your profile data is permanently deleted when you delete your account
• •Messages are removed from our servers
• •Wallet and transaction history are deleted
• •Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics

LingoChat is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child provided us data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by posting the new policy within the App and updating the "Effective Date." Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
